NANOCOLOR Advance

The NANOCOLOR Advance spectrophotometer combines the key features of the PF-12Plus portable compact photometer and the high-precision NANOCOLOR VIS II spectrophotometer. It delivers precise and reliable measurement results in everyday laboratory routine, and thanks to its rechargeable battery it can also be used on the move. With a wavelength range of 340–800 nm, it can measure all photometrically evaluable MACHEREY-NAGEL test kits, which makes NANOCOLOR Advance a universal instrument for the full range of water and wastewater analysis.

The Consort range includes meters and controllers for pH, mV, ion analysis, rH2, conductivity, resistivity, salinity, TDS and dissolved oxygen. For molecular biology, a wide range of electrophoresis equipment is also available, including high-voltage power supplies, horizontal and vertical units, DNA sequencers, blotting units, UV tables and a photo-documentation system.

Photometer PF-3

The PF-3 compact photometer is the smallest member of the MACHEREY-NAGEL photometer family. It completes the product portfolio and fits perfectly into MACHEREY-NAGEL's tradition of reliability, user-friendliness and innovation. The instrument comes in several versions, each equipped with three LEDs and interference filters designed to meet the analytical requirements of specific applications.

Together with the approved VISOCOLOR ECO test kits, the new VISOCOLOR Powder Pillows and high-quality NANOCOLOR tube tests from MACHEREY-NAGEL, the PF-3 is ideally suited for mobile analysis directly at the sampling site. The instrument is optionally supplied in a practical case with pre-fitted test kits, in a cardboard box, or in an empty case for an individual combination of VISOCOLOR ECO test kits.

Filter photometer for the laboratory and the field

Photometer PF-12Plus

The PF-12Plus compact photometer is a filter photometer ideally suited both for mobile use and for use in the laboratory.

The instrument measures in the wavelength range of 345–690 nm. During measurement, light generated by the xenon lamp is guided through one of seven interference filters into the cuvette shaft. The proportion of light absorbed by the sample is detected and converted, using a stored calibration, into the concentration of the analyte being examined. In addition to absorbance, the PF-12Plus can also determine nephelometric turbidity units (1–1000 NTU) by measuring light scattered at a 90° angle, thanks to a specially positioned 860 nm LED.

The unique NTU-Check automatically checks every measurement for interfering turbidity and warns the user. The illuminated display and intuitive menu navigation make work with the instrument fast, convenient and comfortable, making it the ideal compact photometer across the entire spectrum of water analysis.
